How do I add items to my shopping cart?
When you find an item that you would like to purchase simply click the "Buy Now" button. If there are options to be selected on your item, such as color, you will be asked to select an option before adding the item to your cart. This will take you to your Shopping Cart and allow you to edit the items in the cart, add more items, and complete your order.

This greatly increases your protection because your signature is required for us to process the order. Of course! We ship many products overseas. Although some countries may require additional tariffs, taxes, and licenses, you will be responsible for these additional charges.
Can I return equipment if I don't like it?
Yes, within 30 days after placing your order please follow our Return Policy procedures to return your equipment.
How do I get the credit card form back for my order?
To get your credit card form back click on the link at the top the page labeled, Your Account. Then click on the Order History Page link. You will be taken to a page that shows all your past and current orders. Simply click on the order number link for the order that you need to get the form from.
Can I speak to someone on the phone to submit my order?

How do I make a password?
When placing an order you will need to enter your email address along with a password that you would like to use for your account with us. By giving us your email address and a password we can lock your account to unauthorized users. Your password should be something that only you can remember and one that is at least four characters long. Hint: It can contain both letters and numbers.
